Q: Why not set the ID at the factory ? Neimad

The idea at the beginning was to use a random ID generated once but then just in case 2 tux have the same ID we need to change it so we ended up with this first draft. But you're right we should get an ID already out of the factory. We can simply generate a random ID if it's not initialized, then use that ID and follow the procedure to change it if necessary.
